It is the National Land Agency’s online platform available to customers 24x7 where they can submit concerns, report an issue, make comments, suggestion, commendations and queries related to land related matters.

To assist us in performing our duties as expeditiously as possible, please be clear, factual and concise in your request. You may also attach documents where necessary that support the facts as it will take a longer time to be resolved if you submit another request about the same problem

An acknowledgement no reply email will be sent upon submission with a generated unique reference number. The request will be electronically routed to our expert response team for resolution. Concerns and issues reported will be investigated fully and fairly. Our customers will be treated with respect and will be provided with a response and appropriate redress.

To check your status, select the Track Status tab displayed on the Customer Feedback system homepage. You may track the status by entering the reference number or email address, then click Check Status.

Your feedback can give us insights into problems people are experiencing as well as to help us to pinpoint specific issues with our products, services, or processes, enabling us to make necessary improvements.

The response for the request will be sent via the preferred mode of reply that was chosen. Although we don’t respond to suggestions and comments, we do forward it to the right team as your feedback helps us improve our services.

No, you can only submit one request type at a time. Each request will be assigned a unique reference number for tracking.
