Description: Application for Vesting Order (Section 155 RTA)

The purpose of this form is to apply to the Registrar of Titles for the issuance of a Vesting Order, vesting the land or part of the land comprised in a Certificate of Title in the name of the applicant/applicant’s nominee. (Pursuant to Section 155 of the Registration of Titles Act).
