Description: Application to Note Marriage

The purpose of this form is to register the marriage of a female registered proprietor of any land, lease or mortgage.  The registered proprietor whose marriage is being noted, her personal representative(s) or her surviving joint tenant(s) may make this application (Pursuant to Section 136 of the Registration of Titles Act).
