Description

The purpose of this form is to register the death of a Joint Tenant who is registered as the proprietor of any land, lease or mortgage.  The surviving Joint Tenant(s) or the personal representative(s) of the surviving Joint Tenant(s) may make this application (Pursuant to Section 137 of the Registration of Titles Act).
